These are the only two rules that you must. You must ensure that the word you enter has only 5 letters and you cannot enter any made-up word. The word that you are entering in the game should be the real world. Any made-up word you enter won’t be accepted.
How To Play Wordle?
You can easily play Wordle through the website. To play the Wordle game, follow the steps given below-
Open the browser on your device (PC or mobile), and then head to this link.Here you will be given the instructions to play the game.
Click the cross icon at the top right corner, and then enter the five-letter word in the given space.
Enter the word till you guess the correct one. When you guess the correct one, then the box of that row will turn green.
The game will give you certain hints and clues to guess the right name. The box will turn green if the word you entered is present in the word of the day and is in the right position. The box will turn yellow when you entered the word that is in the word of the day but not in the right position. Similarly, the box will turn grey when the letter you entered is not available in the word. The Wordle will be made available each day after midnight. Once you have guessed the right word, you will have to wait for a day for the new word challenge. It is as simple as that. You will be able to check the statistics of the game by clicking on the statistics icon at the top right corner.
The statistics of the game will show-
The number of games you have played.Percentage of the total games you have won.Your current streak as well as the max streak.It will also show the guess distribution chart telling how many guesses it took for you to guess the word.
Settings Of The Game
There are certain settings of the game that you can change as per your preference to configure the game. To change the settings, follow the steps given below-
Click on the Settings icon at the top right corner of the game.
If you want to turn on Hard Mode, then enable the toggle for it. With this mode, any revealed hints will be used in subsequent guesses.By default, the toggle for the dark theme will be enabled. If you want to enable a light theme, then disable the toggle for the dark theme.In case, you want to turn on colorblind mode, then you can do that as well by enabling the toggle for it. This will enable high contrast colors.
